Irish Anticoagulation Forum

INTRODUCING

Irish
Anticoagulation
Forum

The Irish Anticoagulation Forum (IAF) website will be familiar to Irish healthcare professionals as it was the registration website to the long running IAF meeting series. The IAF was an educational meeting organised by Bayer to support medical education and share best practice in all aspects of anticoagulation. As face to face discussions will be limited over the coming months due to COVID-19, Bayer want to offer educational resources related to anticoagulation through this website.
